DAY 1 - Reef Daytripper is a small sailing catamaran that offers sailing, snorkelling and diving adventures on the Great Barrier Reef.

Departure: 7:45am Check in at 'D' finger Marlin Marina (near Reef Fleet Terminal) for a 8am departure and returns at 5pm.

Upolu Reef lies at the edge of the Great Barrier Reef, now a protected world heritage site. You will have over 4 hours to visit two reef locations at Upolu and be amazed by the abundance of colourful marine life, lovely coral and giant clams. 

In the relatively sheltered reef lagoon you will see: striped fish, giant clams, sea turtles, spotted fish, rays, sea stars, an abundance of fish, nudibranchs, and lots more colourful fish! 

A marine naturalist will help you to identify them and tell you something of their lives in the reef community.

No other operator in this category can offer you this superb personalised service, which normally is only available on a privately owned yacht.

Whether you choose to snorkel, dive or simply relax in the shade, the Reef Daytripper crew are happy to provide a professional, friendly and personalised service. 

Certified dives are available at an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE:
 - Be aware snorkelling & diving may be a strenuous activity - All snorkelling & diving are subject to completion of onboard medical questionnaire /declaration.
 - A history of asthma, heart, ear and other medical conditions may preclude a passenger from diving. Please discuss existing medical conditions with staff prior to travel.
 - Divers 65 yrs and over must provide a current AS4005-1 dive medical prior to travel.
 - Certified divers must show an internationally recognised scuba card.
 - In the interests of safety we recommend no flying within 24hours of last dive.
 - All trips/dives are weather permitting at captains/drivers discretion- No refund for incomplete dives.
 - Should a trip be cancelled passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip or alternatively a full or partial refund.

DAY TWO: Cape Tribulation Tour
This tour is one of the most popular things to do from Cairns for backpackers and travellers on a budget.  This Cape Tribulation daytrip combines with the over-night tour transfer service for the guests who are staying overnight in Cape Tribulation.  If time permits an overnight stay at Cape Tribulation is a fabulous way to experience the rainforest sounds and animals as most rainforest animals are nocturnal. 

Itinerary:
* Return hotel transfers in a 21 seater air-conditioned coach, starting from 7am 
* Daintree River cable ferry
* Alexandra Range Lookout - birds-eye view of the Daintree River, Port Douglas and on a clear day, landmarks South of Cairns
* Marrdja or Jindalba Boardwalk [Guided] where you can experience ancient rainforest
* Morning & Afternoon Tea
* Lunch is a pre-packed lunch served in an esky near the Cape Trib Beach. 
* Cape Tribulation Beach - take a walk along the beach where 'the rainforest meets the reef'
* Daintree Ice Cream Company for a chance to buy a tropical fruit ice cream (time permitting and extra cost).
* Daintree River - 1 hour Crocodile / Wildlife Cruise - domain of the large Estuarian Crocodiles. Egrets wade near mangroves in the murky water of the river where crocodiles wait patiently for a meal.
* Mossman Gorge - crystal clear waters, surrounded by lush rainforest - a magical location for a refreshing swim! 
* On the journey home visit the picturesque tourist town of Port Douglas, arriving back in Cairns after an exciting day between 6.30pm or 7pm.

DAY THREE: Kuranda Train & Skyrail

Itinerary:
* 8:15-8:30am pickup from your hotel
* 9:45am Kuranda Scenic Rail from Freshwater Station
* Choose 2.5 or 4 hours in Kuranda Village
* 1:45pm or 3:30pm Skyrail Cableway
* Barron Falls Boardwalk
* Red Peak Boardwalk
* 3:15pm or 4:40pm Return transfer to accommodation

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS:
Freshwater Station:  Freshwater Connection station includes a museum, and pioneer cottage which provide visitors with an interesting and educational experience.  There is time to see the museum and take photos.  There is also a cafe here where you have time to grab a coffee or a bite to eat.  

Kuranda Scenic Railway: Since June 1891 this famous railway has offered passengers a very special journey between Kuranda and Freshwater Station. Admire the toil of the men and women who built this line over 100 years ago as it passes through 15 hand hewn tunnels and over many bridges, crossing waterfalls and ravines as it traverses the very edge of the Barron River Gorge.

Skyrail Rainforest Cableway: Skyrail is the world's only rainforest cableway, traversing the Barron Gorge National Park, offering superb views of the Coral Sea and World Heritage Rainforest from a 'birds eye view'. Alight at Red Peak Station to stroll on an interpretive rainforest boardwalk and at Barron Falls Station enjoy short walks to view points of the Barron Gorge and Falls, together with a visit to the high quality Rainforest Interpretive Centre.

Kuranda Station: For over one hundred years Kuranda has been attracting the tourist in search of exotic scenery and mountain air.  Today Kuranda Station is world renowned for its tropical gardens and historic significance. It is possibly one of the most photographed railway stations in the world. The heritage-listed buildings blend with the tropical surrounds providing a relaxed environment to enjoy. The Kuranda Railway Tea Rooms at the station offer a great range of souvenirs and refreshments.

Kuranda Village: Stroll the tree-lined streets of Kuranda, punctuated with quaint village architecture, shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes. Spend a few hours or just a short visit, the choice is yours. You will have 2-4 hours free time to purchase your lunch and explore Kuranda. Discover the charm, colour and diversity that Kuranda has to offer:

Kuranda Markets: The 'Original' Kuranda Markets are open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday. The Kuranda Heritage Markets are open 7 days a week.
