The following day travel to the rainforest on the historic Kuranda Scenic Rail and experience the wildlife and Aboriginal Culture at Rainforestation. To complete your day, return on the famous Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.

DAY ONE: Green Island
Green Island is a beautiful coral cay and a protected Marine National Park. Located just 27km north east of Cairns, Green Island is readily identified by its emerald rainforest, surrounded by white sandy beaches and magnificent coral reefs. The marine life is abundant including endless varieties of colourful fish, turtles, giant clams, shells, starfish, sea anemones and much more...

Included in your day is a full day reef cruise departing Cairns at 9.00am allowing 5 hours on Green Island and arrives back in Cairns at 5.00pm. "Big Cat" is a comfortable air-conditioned 35 metre catamaran with spacious interior cabins and a relaxed atmosphere. Travel time to Green Island is just over one hour from Cairns. Feel free to take part in the many activities available or simply relax on the beach. Your full day Green Island Reef Cruise includes return hotel transfers, transfers by modern catamaran to Green Island, semi-submarine coral viewing tours, snorkelling gear OR a glass bottom boat tour, Aussie buffet lunch and time to explore the island.

DAY TWO: Kuranda Train and Skyrail
Travel to Kuranda is aboard the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway. Enjoy free time to explore Kuranda's attractions and shops. Visit Rainforestation where you will experience an amphibious Army Duck tour of the rainforest, koala & wildlife park and the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers and Dreamtime Walk. Return to Cairns is on Skyrail where you will glide silently over the Rainforest canopy. Lunch is at your own expense on this day. (Order of Train & Skyrail may change).  Return hotel transfers are also included in your day.
