Spend the day on Fitzroy Island exploring one of the Great Barrier Reef's most unspoilt islands. The Raging Thunder Sea Kayak tour will take you to parts of the island not accessible by foot.
Fitzroy Island is covered in pristine rainforest and surrounded by cool crystal waters teeming with tropical fish and coral reefs. This tour will take you exploring the island's hidden delights, private beaches and excellent snorkelling sites not available to the average island visitor. No experience is necessary and your internationally trained guide will provide you with all the tuition you need.After transferring to Fitzroy Island by fast catamaran, you will have a safety briefing before taking to the water in 2 person sea kayaks.
This 3 hour Morning Sea Kayak departs Fitzroy Island at 9:30am. You will then have the afternoon to further explore the island or snorkel.

This trip departs Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sundays from Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal at 8:30am and departs Fitzroy Island at 4:30pm.
Please Note:
Fitzroy Island Resort is closed, there are no facilities on the island. Please bring your own lunch and drinks.

Grade moderate / Child must be minimum 8 years old and accompanied by an adult 18yrs+ and ride in the same kayak.
