there should be more warnings on the website about the strong possibility of sea sickness on the website so that we ciuld have taken the tablets earlier! however staff were fantastic at dealing with everyone who was ill and the scuba tours were good.

Excellent trip. Scenery great from glass bottom boat, sumersible and observatory. But even better snorkling, once I got the nerve to do it. - just could have done with a bit of advice - how to do it, and some kind of help getting out as I couldnt get my flippers off with the waves crashing, and having knee and back problems.

This was the first tour we had and could not have imagined not doing it!
The glass bottom boat was not as good as we thought (water was a bit cloudy and the coral was not as colour full) but getting into the snorkling gear and going swimming was an experience we will not forget.
we also did the helmet dive which again was unforgetable.

An enjoyable trip to the reef. Granddaughter loved it, as she was out snorkling a lot of the time. Meals adequate, but some organisational issues - lining up for ages waiting to sign back on board. there were several sheets of names which could have been manned by different staff, but one person had all of them, so each person had to wait to be signed in individually. Overall a great experiennce.

This was our favourite experience on our honeymoon. The day was perfect, we could see up to 20m underwater, the food was yummy with a great selection, staff were awesome, everything you needed was there! Incredible!!!

This was the first time that we tried snorkelling and we were not strong swimmers. However, our snorkelling tour guide was simply terrific and re-assuring. She helped us to overcome our fear and we ended up enjoying ourselves very much that we want to return to the Great Barrier Reef again. Really great value for money.

Will be going back again to the barrier reef with Reef Magic. My family had a fantastic time with Mick and Breadon Scuba diving on the reef for the first time. Loved it! The snorkeling was amazing too, spent about 3 hours in the water watching the resident fish Wally and other beautiful fish. For anyone who is going to Cairns it is a number one thing to do. Go with the guys at Reef Magic to see the Reef.

A most memorable day out by all the family. The trip into the Great Barrier reef was an excellent experience made even more special by the Reef Magic team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very knowledgeable about the day. We all loved the snorkelling, what a fantastic area of the reef. Lunch and snacks provided were also very good. The day went by much too quickly. Would definitely recommend to all. Thank you for a never to be forgotten experience.

The customer service I received from Travstar was excellent. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our consultant Shirlee Webb for her wonderful help. She gave me all the necessary information, including weather,and the wind speeds for the day we travelled to the Barrier Reef. She went out of her way to help me with all necessary information.

Seeing I had three very seasick children who did have travel sick tablets the staff were fantastic in helping me looking after my children both on the boat and throughout the day. I could not thank them enough and ensured that particular staff were acknowledged. Yes we did enjoy the rest of the day, especially the snorkeling.

Facilities on board were plentiful. Thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling, submersible and glass bottom boat. Fish feeding was a highlight. We were dissappointed in the quality of food offered. eg. more cold meats offered or additional seafood.

Despite it being rough on the water we had a very enjoyable day and were able to do things we wanted without getting wet. Enjoyed the optional extra helicopter flight over the reef. Great staff. Excellent Australian company.

It was generally a good day. Again the weather somewhat spoilt the day. We were travellin with young children so I would have liked somewhere on the pontoon which was away from the wind. The staff were excellent and I would recommend the trip to anyone travelling with young kids. Safety was a priority so we felt safe at all times.

Absolutely amazing! I originally was trying to find a half day since we had a 3 year old and a 10 month old, but the time flew. My husband and I rotated turns diving/ snorkeling. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. My only suggestion make sure you plan your time for everything because the day passes quickly, we missed out on the submersible which would be the only downfall for the day. Great staff, great food (including vegetarian) great day!

AWESOME day nothing to fault at all!! Heaps of friendly staff on hand to answer all queries. Lots of options to cover the most inexperienced snorkler to advanced scuba diver! Great selection of food for lunch and additional food on board was probably the cheapest we saw during our whole trip.

Good service and helpful staff; but too many extra charges (wet suit, prescription mask, intro snorkeling tour), which is not the case for another dive tour i joined before. would be nicer if there is some selection of hot food.

It was a very windy day, sea was rough but we enjoyed it! Many on board have \\\"threw out\\\" but the crew have taken good care of the passengers on board. The reef was truly magical. We all love the submarine, the snorkel, the helicopter ride and of course the fish feeding! However, the lunch we thought could be better. Overall, an A for the team!

Very experienced crews who made this tour educational and adventurous. I strongly recommend this tour to others and shall pass the good words around! The marine biologist Amy was just so friendly and knowledgeable. The introductory snorkelling tour was so educational and informative. As the sea can be rough, it would be good if they can warn passengers to consume sea sick pills much earlier so that the pills can take effect.

Snorkelling in the reef was fantastic. The underwater photographer got a great picture of me and the huge fish named Sarah. We also did the 10 minute helicopter flight and it was amazing! I consider a helicopter ride a must for anyone visiting the reef.
